SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — Aaron Thomas denied he ever tested former students for hernias or puberty while running his “naked fat test” program for nearly 30 years at North Kingstown High School.

A Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday probable cause exists that former North Kingstown basketball coach Aaron Thomas committed a crime by conducting so-called “fat tests” on naked student athletes.
