President Donald Trump has signed a pair of executive orders shrinking two southern Utah national monuments by more than a million acres each.

The order makes it harder for defense companies to go to China for minerals and materials, which could give Utah a boost.

The executive order said temporary signs would “direct visitors to locations and resources for accurate information regarding America’s history.”
