I admit I was afraid to do this at first because “people thought I was crazy” for wanting a natural birth 😞 but through labor preparation and actually learning how labor works, I found that I could do simple things to prepare myself - in advance! When I first started doing these things, it was really just to avoid an epidural. I know some women don’t want it because they’re afraid of big needles. I actually like needles lol so I wasn’t afraid. I just didn’t like the idea putting meds in my body
