How to land a Velocity: Most of you know Velocity’s do not have flaps, creating a higher than average landing speed. They land more like a twin in that you fly the airplane on, not stalling above the runway. Approach the runway at 100 kts cross the numbers at 90kts and touch down around 85 kts. Land the mains and fly the nose until your airspeed bleeds off to around 55 kts then gently lower the nose.
